Credits
Through the whole lot of stories I have written by now - whether it might be novels or fanfiction - there have always been those special people who inspired me, encouraged me and helped me go through with it. I won't give you the name of every person or song that ever inspired me.
Usually, the credits to those persons are also given in the head of my story.
Still, there are some people who are the foundations for some of my works and therefore are worth receiving an own section.
My sister Abby:
When we were young, you were the one who never stopped believing in me and kicked my butt when I wanted to give up. I will never be able to fully express how much that means to me. Love you.
My best friend Tina:
Thank you for your optimistic encouragement. I don't know what I would do without you. Someday, our both dreams will be true.
Lynne
I don't know what to say. You made writing in the English language so much easier by helping me patiently to work on my mistakes. Thank you!
Delta Goodrem | Keiko Matsui
Your music opens the door to my inspiration. There have been so many times when I felt lost and without fantasy, then I heard your songs and found it again.
Lena Olin, Sasha Alexander, Annabeth Gish, Jennifer Morrison, Mark Harmon, Hugh Laurie, Victor Garber, Robert Patrick, etc
I would not have been able to write all of my fanfiction without you. Thank you for the inspiration and ideas I got through your outstanding character portrayals.
My friends from Lena OnLINe, SD-1.com, LiveJournal, Fanfiction.net etc.
Namely: Sarah (Lackey), Binnie, Jule, Dani, Marcela, Nova, etc. Thank you all for being there, for reading my stories, for giving me feedback and helping me to improve my writings. And last but not least, for all your wonderful encouragement. You do in fact make me believe that I can be a successful author someday!
My profs at university
Thanks to you too, for you teach me the basic stuff that I need for my stories, like historical backgrounds, literary basics, cultural histories, and last but not least the wonderful English language. Special thanks to the British author John Williams here, of whom I visited a seminar in creative writing, and who taught me a lot about myself and writing and how to combine those two!
God/Creator
Thank you for blessing me with the incredible gift of fantasy, and for the ability to form coherent sentences so that I can express those fantasies. Writing has become a substancial part of my life, and I can't imagine what living would be like without it. So thanks for the courage, the inspiration and the words...
Last but not least: my faithful readers
I know there are many of you who regularily read my stories, and some who drop by according to their fandoms, etc. But to all of you: thank you so much for reading and sharing my stories. Thank you for commenting, for criticizing and praising my stories. You help me to improve myself with every story.
There are so many other people who helped me by either supporting me in any way (like teaching me historical background) or inspiring me. Unfortunately the space is way too limited to name them all. You will find some more names in the head of the stories, though.
Surely, an author is the one who forms the stories into words, but other people are the ones who inspire the stories to come to me. Without all of you, I would not be an author...
